Sometimes, of course, it seems as though all we need is to make it through the day. We find ourselves working endlessly to get ahead or just to make ends meet, and we can become frustrated by setbacks. Finding a quiet time to call on our spiritual consciousness is a wonderful way to bring harmony back into our lives. These are moments when we are alone with ourselves and our souls. Sitting still, we turn inward and feel the empty space and become one with it. It is a simple but powerful exercise that puts us in touch with the presence of the divine.
